Robocopy skipping files on /MOVE

0

I'm trying to automate some user offboarding. Part of it is to move user profiles from one location to another. I'm using RoboCopy inside a PS script. That all seems to work, mostly. Problem is, I've got a user that I've been trying to move the files for. Some of the files are still remaining behind. Here is the command I'm using:

Robocopy \<source_Path> \Dest_Path /r:5 /E /IS /IT /MOVE /log+:<logfile> /V

The Robocopy flags do:

/r:5 -- retry 5x (Really probably don't need)
/E -- include empty subdirs /IS -- include "Same" files (This is what doesn't seem to be working)
/IT -- include "Tweaked" files (This broke too?)
/MOVE -- Yes, I want to MOVE the files; i.e., delete them after they've been copied. That's sorta the whole point of this entire exercise
/log bla bla yeah a log file.

The /IS and /IT should really be taking care of it; but here's what I get in my log file (Chopped for brevity/anonimity):
