Which returns 0-240
How I can make it to be 00:00 - 04:00 for example

Because the output has - between the numbers it can't be modified with the filter |date. However when I split them and apply the filter then, e.g. |date("H:i:s"), it worked like a charm

{{ example['time']|date("m/d/Y") }}
Have a look at the official documentation, there are many examples which might be usefull for you.
If those filter doesn't suit your needs you can also write your own filter by creating a new Twig Extension

Because the output has - between the numbers it can't be modified with the filter |date. However when I split them and apply the filter then, e.g. |date("H:i:s"), it worked like a charm
