ASP.NET MVC5 Facebook authentication not working on mobile, but working on desktop

I realise similar issues have been posted, but this one seems different.
On my Samsung S7 accessing my aspnet mvc application, external authentication to Facebook doesn't work. Google does. On my PC, they both work reliably. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue.

[AllowAnonymous]
public async Task<ActionResult> ExternalLoginCallback(string returnUrl)
{
//ControllerContext.HttpContext.Session.RemoveAll();
var loginInfo = await AuthenticationManager.GetExternalLoginInfoAsync();
if (loginInfo == null)
{
loggerWrapper.PickAndExecuteLogging("Account.ExternalLoginCallBack(): unable to get loginInfo");
return RedirectToAction("Login");
}

When this code runs using my mobile the loginInfo is always null, but valid when running of my PC. I tried running the RemovaAll method as it was referenced in other posts, but it did not fix the problem.

I'm running
microsoft.owin.security.facebook 4.0.0

microsoft.aspnet.identity.owin 2.2.1

microsoft.aspnet.mvc 5.2.6
