Set up a Grid Table into Access form Like webpages

I have database named accounts. I am want to insert my voucher details into AccTable by Economic Code; One voucher could have many economic code and amount like this picture. And Every time when I hit the Add button the Economic Code and Amount will be added below the first row. Is it possible in Ms Access 2007. Please Give some information.
