I have been banging my head against a wall on this . I am usually pretty good with coming up with a formulas. Also keep in mind that the rows dynamically expand with each Data Pull/Refresh And there is no way to change the way it is configured in the database. This has to be done in excel after the pull down.

Current data pull results and the desired output
