Detect if request originated from a `rel=noreferrer target=_blank` link

Is there a way to detect if a request originated from a click on a link using the rel="noreferrer" target="_blank" attributes, or at least if the user clicked a link and did not enter the URL manually.
I know that I can check for an empty Referer, but this check would also include users whom manually entered the URL.
