Azure Activity Log Time Delay/Latency in displaying Health Events

0

I am looking at Azure Activity logs for Health Events, I have noticed that sometimes there is significant delay between the Health Event occurrence time and the time by which it starts getting displayed in the Activity Log page(or Activity Log API).

These times are eventTimestamp and SubmissionTimestamp of an Activity log

Does Azure provide any kind of SLA which says that after any Health Event, the event details would get displayed in activity log within some period of time.
