Wordpress Plugin: Membership with private area to all member

I am in need of plugin/s that have following features.
- Membership : user can select the plan, pay & register
- User page : this page will have 4 forms. User need to fill the form and need to submit. User can later (after days/weeks/months) edit and update the fields.
- I (admin) can see all the submitted forms from each user.
As far now, I have found "Paid Membership pro" for membership. Ninja forms to submit the forms. But once user submit it then he/she can not view/modify it later.
So could anyone let me know any plugin that can allow user to submit the form & later can vew/update the same form?
