Failing to upload PDF saying: Only letter allowed

I am trying to upload a PDF with no success. When uploading it to an online system, I keep getting the error "The papersize is A4, but only letter allowed". The document is generated on Word and then saved to PDF from Word.

What do you think is the problem? Also, do you know of any PDF debugger maybe for Mac?

"What do you think is the problem?" - I'd think "The papersize is A4, but only letter allowed" is pretty clear, isn't it? ("Letter" is a paper size used in a few countries, in particular the US. Simply switch the page size of your word document to letter and export again.)
