How To Reduce php-fpm RAM & CPU Usage in CentOS 7?

I installed vestacp but php-fpm consumes a lot of ram and cpu. How can I do php.fpm optimizations?

1 GB RAM
1 CPU

listen = 127.0.0.1:9002
listen.allowed_clients = 127.0.0.1

pm.process_idle_timeout = 10s
pm.start_servers = 2
pm.min_spare_servers = 1
pm.max_spare_servers = 3
pm.max_requests = 500
listen.backlog = -1
pm.status_path = /status
request_terminate_timeout = 120s
rlimit_files = 131072
rlimit_core = unlimited
catch_workers_output = yes
